Hit Reveal

Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 September 2026

By creating an account or using Hit Reveal, you agree to these terms.

1. About these terms

Hit Reveal (“we”, “us”) is a daily music game operated by Hit Reveal Ltd, a company based in the United Kingdom. By creating an account or using Hit Reveal, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.

2. Who can use it

You must be 13 or older to use Hit Reveal. By using it, you confirm you are.

3. Your account

Give accurate information when you sign up, keep your login details secure, and don’t share your account. You’re responsible for what happens under your account. Let us know at support@hitreveal.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

4. How you may use Hit Reveal

Use it for its intended purpose — sharing and discovering music. You agree to follow our Community Guidelines, and specifically not to:

5. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you add (your picks and any notes). By adding it, you give us permission to store and display it as needed to run the service — for example, showing your pick to your friends or in the daily reveal. You’re responsible for the content you post and confirm you have the right to share it.

6. Our content

Hit Reveal itself — the app, its design, name, and branding — belongs to us. Please don’t copy, resell, or misuse it. Album artwork and song data come from Spotify and belong to their respective owners.

7. Third-party services

Hit Reveal uses third-party services (such as Spotify for song data). Your use of features that rely on them may also be subject to their terms, and we’re not responsible for those services.

8. Availability and changes

Hit Reveal is provided free and “as is”. We may add, change, or remove features, or pause or stop the service, at any time. We don’t guarantee it will always be available or error-free.

9. Suspending or ending accounts

You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account. We may suspend or remove accounts that break these Terms or the Community Guidelines, or where we reasonably need to.

10. Our responsibility to you

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hit Reveal is provided without warranties, and we’re not liable for indirect or unexpected losses arising from your use of it. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have that can’t legally be excluded (including your statutory consumer rights).

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, let you know in the app. Continuing to use Hit Reveal means you accept the updated Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer protections of the UK nation where you live, and you may bring a claim in your local courts. Otherwise, any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
